if you do a bit of ebaying you probably know. So if you use stamps without value (e.g. large letter etc) as such, perhaps get some tomorrow at a post office to save a bit of money as the price changes come in on the 6th, some in supermarkets post offices etc are open.
the old stamps are valid to cover the postage cost.. obv. not stamps with money value on.
