What time of day does the new Ubuntu usually come out?

Ubuntu 10.04 LTS is meant to be out today, which is perfect timing as I'll be building my new rendering beast sometime today too.

It's a bit geeky, I know, but does anyone know what time of day new Ubuntu releases are usually made available?
