Hi
I am new to use forums so pls. don't kick me out.

I would have a question about the ZXLprint Interface.
If I connect it to my Sinclair 48 Rubber Key it shows me a disturbed picture
with strange signs like Caros.
Is there anybody who can help me?

    Do you have any other interface that works ok?

    Did the problem start recently?... Was it working before?...

    Did you plug the interface in BEFORE you switched the computer on, or after...?...

    thanks a lot for your quick answer

    I have two working ZXLprint's but they are all different
    Logic IC's and also the ROM sems not to be the same.
    The error didn't occur suddenly I bought it through ebay.

    I already tried to program the EEPROM with an other FW.
    of course to another EEPROM but it didn't help.

    I also changed teo 74.xxx IC's but also nothing.
    It seems to me that it is built for another "Sinclair" 'cos it doesn't
    have 16 pin's for RS232 but only 14 pin,s
    I had once a similar prob. with a MF1 that the screen
    shows only strange signs, it had been the ROM but in this way I don't
    know what's bad.
