Games that were supposed to be easy...

...But that you thought were impossibly difficult...? (Had a quick look but couldn't find a thread)

Spy vs Spy - after approximately 45,000 attempts and over 20 years, today I've finally managed to beat the computer (at the easiest difficulty level).

Bugaboo - nothing more to say, that flea can rot in that cave now as far as I'm concerned.

Agree bugaboo...I've never managed to get out and tried many times over the years.

I've never completed Manic Miner either.

I managed to complete Bugaboo about 2 or 3 years ago and I'd been trying ever since it was released. Yeah, a tricky one indeed until you find the, "magic-platform."

I know that Robocop is gonna get a mention. I (along with 99% of the world) find it easy, but there's always one that can't do it! :D

I find the last level on Batman the Movie pretty tricky. Never finished it, despite getting to the last level every time. A lot of people say that it's a breeze!

Aliens US is also one that you can complete on your first go, but I've seen people sweat over the 1st level for hours!

I have but only with infinite lives. Typically I need them on Skylab Landing Bay (although sometimes I struggle with Warehouse too)

Jack and the Beanstalk (yes, I have the original tape, well it was part of Soft Aid that I purchased when new) :)

I could never get off the first screen :( , always fell of the beanstalk. I think I may have managed it once maybe but the got killed on the next screen.

The last level of Batman The Movie is very hard.. It's havign to go back to the beginning each time you lose a life that does it..
