ive noticed this is MIA but i just downloaded a torrent of games and its there, should i submit it as i got it via torrent?

If it's MIA then you probably should submit it.
I think its irrelevant how you came upon it as there are plenty of legal torrents in the internet.
They will not put it online until they have at least tried to contact the copyright holder and if the copyright holder is found and refuses then its goodbye legacy.
I think I have a MIA up in my loft somewhere at home. I'm going to see if I can dig it out next time I'm back. Always good to contribute.
