Is Superman the worst super hero?

Is Superman the worst super hero? Did they set the bar too high with him from the off?

I mean, surely superheros like Batman and Spiderman are more interesting because they have more frailities and weak spots than Superman.

The fact that I am watching Superman IV right now, doesn't help. It's shite.

Agreed. Superman is too much of a sugary goody two-shoes all-American hero type. Never been much of a fan.

Why don't you follow up Superman 4 with a nice game of Superman 64, followed by the 2 speccy games? That should make you feel better about Superman :-P

Is nutty the comic that had "Mo's Mailbag"?

I must have bought Nutty, cos I remember reading banana man in it.

I also used to buy Cheeky and sometimes Whizzer and Chips as well as Beano and Dandy.

at least when I was very young I did anyway.

I hate to break the news about Father Christmas, but.........

he doesn't read the mail, he just burns it, and allocates presents according to gender stereotypes, class and postcodes.

Superman is at a disadvantage ... he has the best of most superpowers but he can only be in one place at a time. He's useless!!!

yeah but I've seen him turn back time in Superman 1

Hmmm ... why doesn't he just do that for every problem, that way he could actually prevent things from happening instead of having to fix things afterward.

AAAAAAND ... when he turns back time, is he only turning back "local-Earth-time" or everywhere, universal?

Because ... I mean in theory he could turn time far back enough that he could go back to Krypton and save everyone over there.
