I noticed while driving yesterday..

"baby on board" things in 3 cars .... stuck on , right on the blind spot of a car.. surely that defeats the purpose ?!?!

Think those signs are stupid. Whenever you see one on a car its normally zooming past you doing 90mph on the motorway !

Told my family not to bother getting one of those signs for me as it'll be a waste of money!

My wife inserted a 'small dudes on board sign' whilst I wasn't looking, I threw it out, its bad enough having to drive a people carrier let alone the added shizzle.

If a copper wanted to be funny about it he could say your blocking your rear view. So you could get nicked!

Someone told me that those signs were first marketed after an incident in America where there was a car crash and the emergency services didnt find the child as it had been thrown from the vehicle. The childs mother was unconscious, when she came too in hospital she asked about her child and they then realised it was still at the scene of the accident. Sounds like a made up story to me. But who knows!!!?

I don't have one, it obscures my view. Also I hate them sunshade things that stick on the side rear windows, make parking/reversing a pain in the arse.
There is plenty of over places on a car to stick stickers and things. All I have on my car is a flying spaghetti monster on the boot.

I'd rather all drivers were careful and aware of other cars containing HUMAN BEINGS, rather than being told to do so by a patronising sign...

glass windows block ultraviolet light, which is what causes sunburn.

I think you should all have them. How am I to know which cars to avoid when I'm deliberately ramming them off the road? Think of the children!!!

I think they should have " Blind person driving " signs, judging from some of the driving I have seen. I once saw a lorry driver with a full load, pouring boiling coffee from a flask into a cup which he was holding between his legs, he must have been looking away from the road for a good minuite. We were driving alongside him and saw the whole thing, if he had spilled it, he would have crashed without question !
Every time I read that the oldest person in the world has died, I have to do a quick check to see it isn't ME..........

or if you have a modern car just turn on the air conditioning.
that has the added benefit of a pollen filter so they won't sneeze on you

Why don't the kids follow in their pedal cars? I dunno, they've got a nice colourful plastic vehicle of their own, but they always get in yours when they want to go somewhere. The cheek of it.
