Not had enough time to read it, but Noam Chomsky's take on the leak looks right on the mark and very insightful.

Who else thinks that bomb in Sweden is actually retaliation for Julian Asange and not as it is being heavily portrayed an Iraqi suicide bomber with possible connections to the Taliban.

They are being very careful not to mention Wikileaks in the news reports. Could it be that this Wikiliaks political shenanigans has manufactured more terrorism.

Why would they mention Wikileaks? The only connection is the country itself , all the other info points to the Iraqis and the Taliban including one Iraqi website stating the suicide bomber was "fulfilling a pledge".
I wanna tell you a story 'bout a woman I know...

Doubt it, seems to be an individual case. But all this wikileaks leaking will do more harm than good though. The government information is meant to be secret and not just out there for all to read

reminds me of a modern version of lord haw-haw from ww2..

that Julian bloke might be responsible / have blood on his hands as a result of these leaks. I'm sure there is the counter argument that someone will post.

he just reminds me of a s*** stirrer in my class at school who did cause a few fights between others by his actions. Then say WHAT? like his words didn't have a consequence as he wasn't the one actually having a punch up.

as for the group of people attacking servers , well maybe using that as an excuse is hhmm .. they also happen to be some of the biggest companies in the world.

my friends company e-commerce server gets attacked senseless for one sole purpose theft and fraud of credit cards and id. NOTHING to do with ethics / morals etc.

There are good hackers and bad hackers, just as there are good and bad police and good and bad politicians.

    Good and Bad is everywhere.

The bad consequence I see coming from this is that Governments might see this as justification to lock down and filter the internet in some way, just like China has been criticised for doing.
