Don't really care tbh, I think I've pretty much got most of what I want leading up to Christmas? I just have 1 giant present from the wife, and I have no idea what it is, she says it's awesome? Maybe it is? the box is huge?

But I'm not really wishing for anything for chrimbo this year, infact I'd actually wish for less money being spent and more being put away for after Christmas.

Yeah - my wife was getting really stressed out a few weeks ago.

I told her to relax. We spent loads last year getting the eldest a car and sending her to university; the next two are in 6th form and are always going on expensive school trips abroad; and the youngest is the baby of the family and spoilt rotten by everyone!

Maybe I'll get socks this year!

Dear Santa, i would like for wikileaks to just disappear, all of them to get normal jobs and start grassing up any government official and the news to stop mentioning them and go on about some postman stuck in the snow in Wales etc

    hear bloody hear :D

Me and Mrs Spoons haven't bought each other presents for years... most of our spare money goes towards doing up the house. This year it's ?600 on having the chimney re-pointed. Woo hoo :P

I've not eaten cheese for three months to try and shift some weight, so that's the thing I'm looking forward to the most - pigging out on Stilton and Camembert for a week :)

My mum and dad have bought me my Birmingham Anglers membership and my Environment Agency rod licence for next year. The misses keeps on asking what I want I and I keep on saying I have no idea. I've got to think of something that she wont think is a total waste of money (example - a new graphics card or something like that) and something she will think is a "good thing" (example - something to wear or some such practical rubbish) which will be no fun.

Yeah - it's funny how she'll ask me why I play around coding on a 30 year old machine, but I get the death stare if I dare ask what value she sees in watching Wastebenders or Constipation Street!
