The publisher currently listed as KWCz is actually Krajowe Wydawnictwo Czasopism, the publisher of many other Spectrum programs:

and now I remembered one more thing. Krajowe Wydawnictwo Czasopism was publishing series of programs:

Smok Wawelski is the "unknown" number 16 in the series. I actually had this game as a kid, so I can remember it now.
