Just Came across this game:

noticed that the skull from the loading screen is pretty similar to the one in Zombi:

is there any conections betwen the games?

The whole game looks like a hack of the third level of Rambo III. I wouldn't be surprised if the author nicked the skull graphic from Zombi as well.
