I'm guessing ?800-?1000 , I'd be surprised it if it went for less

or probably more if you get the right person bidding as that'd be a drop in the ocean to a few very rich folk

    yer someone did that earlier on an audio forum I go on.. moaned about stuff, but gave a rundown of how much the equipment cost ,instead of details of the actual problem, the thing he wanted help with.

    but I thought that was a decent enough price..

    I did ask the seller, and he will try to scan the letter in (so fingers crossed) :)

    Yeah if I had one I'd probably sell it at some point, given the prices they seem to go for nowadays.. I suppose the one in this auction is more of a collectible though, with the letter & everything.

    I guess if the Spectrum had been released in today's world there'd be about 8 'limited edition' versions in different colours etc. that you could pay a bit more for. Imagine if Clive had done that BITD, they'd be worth a fortune now..!
