What does "S.A." mean? Is similar to "Corporation" or "Limited" in English?
Yeah, it means "Sociedad An?nima", and in English it would be equivalent to a Joint-stock company (according to Wikipedia).
PD: In the linked wikipedia article, it says: "[...]And as a consequence joint-stock companies are commonly known as corporations or limited companies.", so your guess was 100% right.
BTW, I don't think the authors did really form a company, I guess they just adopted that name adding the "S.A." to make it sound official, without knowing the legal implications.

That would be "Aventuras Mitol?gicas S.A.", without the D.
