Mumps

edited March 2011 in Chit chat
Here I am, a 30 year old man with mumps. I look like a hamster on steroids. I'm not allowed to go to Uni for at least a week and am facing the very real risk of dying of extreme boredom (my glands are also very painful, but there is no risk of me dying from them ;)).

Help a fellow Specchum out here, any non-academia related ideas to alleviate the boredom or suggestions as to something even a little.................. productive? *GASP*

And yeah, maybe I should change to alias to big_glands or big_cheeks but it just doesn't have the same ring to it.

I always knew that s/n would come back to haunt me, how about I change it to 'intermediate_plums' or 'average_plums'?

    All suggestions welcome!

Do some ASCII art on the WOS wall (see my signature).

Recently I have added 'Beans Killer Bytes Restaurant' and Joffa's memorial Hypersports gym, to its Speclins Holiday camp which is lower right. I'm always interested to see how people can add to it, creating new rooms, new zones more furniture and other fun things.
Calling all ASCII Art Architects Visit the WOS Wall of Text and contribute: https://www.yourworldoftext.com/wos

How can you get bored ?!? Would love to have a week off at home !

Must be dvds to watch/films/tv series, then theres gaming on a portable device, old crash mags to look through online etc.

I had a whale of a time when i had 'swine flu' and had to stay indoors for ages

Type in some programs from a speccy book/magazine that are missing from the archive. ;)

Alternately, write a blog/novel/game/anything. Read novels/books/online articles etc. Watch tv/movies or play games. You have a very good excuse to do anything you want! :)
