Free Sat Glitch
We have a goodmans free sat box, fairly basic.
It goes into standy on it's own. When I turn it on, it works fine for about five minutes, then it starts buggering about.
Our telly, keeps switching between channel 5 which is the channel it's on, and AV1 on which it will also work. It does this for between 5 and 15 minutes, and then settles down and works fine.
each time it switches we lose sound and picture
I know it's the telly channel that is changing, but I'm pretty sure the free sat box is causing it, maybe power fluctuation or something.

if it's under a year , replace it I guess. goodmans is a brand thats not top of my shopping list due to build quality of previous things I have by them.
