in the night garden is freaky mate, it mesmerised our son for about 6 months or so. Then he grew out of it thankfully, so now we're stuck with crap like Fireman Sam and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
The only cartoon he watches that i like is Mr.Bean, but we've had to stop him watching it because he started "talking" like him
Stick Ulysses 31 on mate, my young un never tires of it! (and its great for us old uns too!)
Hmm, I honestly don't understand why everyone is talking about barbecues, etc. I can understand why this weekend is important for religious people, but why is it important for everybody else? Just because so many people don't go to work?
To me it's just another Sunday. I usually work every Sunday, but this time I'll stay home and rest. That's the only thing I'm thankful for.
its a long weekend, most people get the time off so you more likely to be able to round your freinds up.

People are probably talking about barbecues because most of the UK is currently experiencing lots of sunshine, something we're not really used to, and it's a long weekend, thanks to the Easter holidays, so like Mile says, you round up your friends and have a barbecue.
Personally, my family does celebrate easter, hence the reason why I mentioned having a family barbecue on Sunday...
My mate was asking everyone if they were up for a night out in Glasgow tonight. On the weekend of an end-of-season Old Firm game? Aye right, **** THAT for a laugh!
I shall be spending Easter avoiding Glasgow and most other public spaces, as all this Old Firm sectarian letter-bomb-scare bull**** is actually getting a bit out of hand...one of the letter-bombs was found in my town, and Celtic's training ground is just up the road (not that I'm feart of letter-bombs, I'm more feart of drunken arseholes roaming the streets). At least the Police have started arresting "online sectarian hatemongers". About bloody time.

I was thinking about going into Glasgow city centre for some window shopping until i remembered about the Old Firm match. I'll be staying well away, it can be very scary during those matches in Glasgow.
I'll stay in and watch the Stephen Hendry match instead (i'm working tommorow so no booze tonight).
Bit of a late reply but it was something of a last minute thing....
Headed off to see the GF's family just outside of Whitianga
Got there Friday night - BBQ and booze
Saturday morning - hungover, put the wellies on then ride around a farm on a quad bike moving cows from paddock to paddock getting covered in cow shyte.
Saturday arvo - take a boat trip up the river to check out a garage sized duck hide
Saturday evening - BBQ and booze and cards
Sunday morning - hungover, then my first ever time clay pigeon shooting - nailing the first two out of the trap - total score 7/20
A completely technology free weekend - the very best one in a long time! :)

What I want to know is how Siobhan ends up being pronounced Shevaun.
Irish name Id say.
I've heard it pronounced Shi-bon before, which is closer but still doesn't sound like see-o-barn
Also Niamh = Neve??
