Camel Micros MIAs clarification

There is some duplication of the Camel Micros MIA entries due to the confusing nature of the adverts. Put succinctly: Simple Arithmetic and Arithmetic Games are the same program; Chemal and Chemistry are the same program. Judging from the HCW reviews the released titles were Simple Arithmetic and Chemal respectively, so the other two entries can be discarded and magazine references attached under the review titles.

Simple Arithmetic (which is available) comprised "Numbers" and "Kippers". These were originally advertised separately as Cassette 1 aka. Numerical Skills aka. Numerical Games, and Cassette 2 aka. Logic Skills aka. Logic Games, respectively.

Unfortunately, Simple Arithmetic and Arithmetic Games was also referred to as Cassette 1, which probably indicates that "Numbers" and "Kippers", although advertised, were never released, separately. Unfortunately, Chemal aka. Chemistry aka. Chemical Analysis was also referred to as Cassette 2; this was also referred to as Cassette 2A. Cassette 3 was Grasp (available) and Cassette 4 was MatCal (MIA).

I'll rearrange the magazine references accordingly.
