Well, i've been to the doctors and he doesn't seem to think anything is wrong. He took my blood pressure which was fine. He also listened to my heart through his stethoscope. He said to be on the safe side we'll get your cholesterol level checked and send you for an ECG scan.
The nurse took some blood and i'll get the cholesterol results in a weeks time. I went to the hospital (which is right next to the hospital) and had the ECG scan done. They said they'll send the results to the doctor in about a week.
All in all, the doctor said my heart is fine and said it's probably either stress or slight muscle strain.
We'll wait and see what results i get back.

Yes i am feeling myself again!
Seriously though, i've had one or two twinges since i went to the Doc's. I'm getting paranoid now thinking 'What if they find out i have high cholesterol or what if they find something in the ECG scan?'
I'm panicking again over nothing (probably). I'll let you know when i get the test results back.

Look ... the best is if they find nothing.

If they find something though, then that is also excellent because then you have an answer, and something to work with, something to plan accordingly.

Don't worry now, and it's a waste of time and effort to panic now over something that may or not not prove to be the case. Whatever they tell you, just follow their recommendations, simple as.

Body watching when you convince yourself something is wrong is a bitch and causes the very physical symptoms of the problem you have convinced yourself you have!

Once you are capable of bodywatching you will never have any piece of mind about your health unless you can break it!

How to break it: stop feeling guilty about the thing in your lifestyle you think may have caused it!

I was afraid the doc would say: "Sorry but the foot will have to come off ... at the neck."

None of them fit the bill for me like, and Vic's character is all wrong, looks more like a scouser. I did know a couple of blokes back home home who look like the other 2 though :D

The thing that worries me more is the aching or stinging sensations I often get on the inside of my inner thighs, feels like it's on the tendons or under the muscles. I keep thinking aaaagh! DVT!!!!

I'm knackered anyway, my grandad had trouble with his lungs, and my gran had a dicky ticker (and she died of bowel cancer). My ma's alright and so's my dad apparently, but I hear a lot of sh*tty health conditions skip a generation.

I do feel quite sick if I get overworked or hot, and according to my mother I used to have fibral seizures when I was a baby if I got too hot, she thought I was epileptic at first but my GP sussed it out. He was a genius that guy, he'd have a field day now if he could see me, telling me all the things I shouldn't be doing, and all the things I should be avoiding, guess that's the problem when the family GP has known you since day 1 :D

Although since I'm here in the states now I ain't seen a doctor in almost 5 years, nobody round here is taking new patients on, and I'm buggered if I'm going to a MEC centre, full of f**king junkies they are.

I've got a lot of health problems that are going to come back and bite me in the backside in later years, i've got pains in both knees that i think are the start of arthirtis, stomach issues that could be an ulcer and pains in my wrists that are probably too much, erm, keyboard use! I'm 36 but already knackered. I've also got mild hayfever. A lot of these problems run in the family.
