Yes that went for a good price - now all we need is to get the ZXpand to work on the ZX80 and then the enthusiasts will really go for these machines again!

Actually, I was really surprised by the price, as it is still fairly yellowed.

One of these days, I will see another ZX80 with the original white PSU (I had the PSU some years ago!)

I am surprised by how many people buy the replacement keyboard membranes and case rivets for these from me - I think that they remain a real favourite with collectors

I'm still pissed about the one I saw on Ebay about 7yrs ago with 'Buy it now' for $10.

Someone beat me to it by SECONDS while I was logging in to buy it.

What about my Microace clone? I got it for a couple bucks because it came as a freebie on a TS1000 auction.

I've resigned myself to never owning one due to the cost. I can't justify the cost that those of jupiter ace go for.

Makes more sense to have this in the SALES section of the forum, right?
(I might be wrong, so please let me know, I'll move it back)

    EDIT:
ARGH! Ok, so it's a joke ... never mind ... moved back to C-C.
