Pittsburg here I come...

well in a couple of weeks anyway, must be cheaper ways to have a night out!!

My best mate (who's been there for a year) is 40 soon, thought I'd make the effort to see him.

Looking forward to a few hours of uninterupted speccy related faffing on the plane, what devices are you allowed these days?

    You could've stopped by for a cup o' tea on the way there if it was closer to me ;)

    Pittsburgh is about 9 hours drive from me though so it'd be a little bit out of your way :D

    As for devices I thiknk they have wifi on planes now? But it costs about 4 million quid to actually use it.

    I almost came there last year, but the missus went to England and stayed at my mothers house leaving me stranded here in Indiana for 3 months.

    Still pissed off about it! :D

    Id have loved to have been a fly on the wall in that house!

    My ma gave my wife the 1 picture of me completely boll*ck naked in a paddling pool from when I was about 4 years old, and I have a can of McEwans in my hand and a big cheesy grin on my face......start em' young indeed :D

    All my mates have seen it as well, not sure I'm willing to forgive me auld peg for that yet? Not sure I ever will :lol:

    They tend to frown upon soldering irons or chemistry sets for some reason.

    When the department of homeland security asks you for the reason you are entering the U.S., I suggest you tell them off bluntly and refer to your industry veteran status. A diplomat has nothing on you ;)
