Confusion
I'd like to clear things up over the NETTO (******S!!!)-ASDA situation.
ASDA were told by the OFT that they can only have so many NETTO shops and have to sell the rest. Theres still a few NETTO shops open (owned by ASDA but operating as NETTO). I know a few have been bought while the rest're still looking for buyers buty if they dont find buyers.....

I reckon its one of his posts from Digital Spy as he mentioned posting there before and getting temporarily banned or something, did a quick search and theres an 'interesting' thread there about Asda/Netto so something to do with that.

The act of registering is handing over legal title to another authority. Like when we register our cars, we're only the registered 'keeper', and no longer the owner of the vehicle. Because only the owner has the lawful right to make the rules for his property.
State legislation are all the acts of parliament that have been rubberstamped by polititians without the consent of the people. They are NOT our law. The common people's law is common law which relies on oaths and honourable service by public servants who are employed by the people to uphold the law and let justice be done regardless of rank or 'status'. Where crimes and punishments are judged fairly by the people themselves (in a jury). We no longer have this because the people have given up due to apathy, and have let a foreign power (The Federal State), take over authority. State legislation is not law, it's 'legal' legislation that is only applicable to the 'legal fiction', the person. It's commercial law. And requires our consent because its based on contract law.
There are many ways to gain benefit from this knowledge. Especially if you have had a student loan. You can either withdraw from the contract and no longer be a member of the state, or you can play the game with a bit of insight. Like instructing your feduciary agent to settle your student loan with your bond that is held be the state. If you don't know, the lord chancellor is your agent, the one who holds your security interests. And the bond is your original birth certificate which is entrusted to the state until you decide to leave port (old customs), and claim back your property. It goes back to the time when ships used to dock at a foreign country. They'd 'register' the ship and all its contents with the harbour master. The 'captain' would get a certificate (receipt) for all property. The harbour master was payed a fee to look after the property, and had the 'legal' title to move or store the ship/contents for safe keeping. When the captain wanted to leave, he produced his certificate, payed his dues and contents/condition of his property had to be returned in the same state. The film 'Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception' goes into this in more detail.
This 'bond' that the state holds, we pay into all our lives by way of national insurace and income tax. The value of the bond is not calculated by how much is paid in by the individual, but by the net wealth of the country divided by the tax paying population. If just the Queen's money alone was divided up and evenly distributed to the income tax paying public, it would be ?57,000 each. This is your 'bond' money lawfully but not legally. Its public tax money to be used to benefit society as a whole. Law requires a valid claim to be made first.
Police Officer's are NOT our employee's. An officer is an employee of a private corporation, in fact a revenue collection officer. A Nazi. A Constable is an employee of the people and upholds the law of the land and keeps the peace and are all good people.
Example of an Officer trying to force someone (a cyclist) to contract into paying a fine, but failing.
Don't contract, and there's nothing they can do. No contract, return to sender is what I use for things like stupid census forms and parking tickets.
