I didn't have the book to check when I made the initial entry many years ago, so I used the title given in the review. Hence the duplication when I later added another entry with the correct title when I got the book. I've updated the SPOT copy of the index. The UK ISBN and page count of 130 are correct; there's no price on the book, so we'll have to assume that the one given in the review was correct.
