Really excited about going to a retro event after 6 years in the orient. There is a good chance I'll be heading back next year therefore this may be the only one I can ever attend. I intend to immerse myself in the stench of retro.
Mother in law ? Nah the missus will look after nipper, need her to look after the dog as well. Plus i need a 'pass' for american football all evening on sunday from 6pm-2am so i cant take the mick !
Looking forward to the show though, last years was superb, HUGE it was, couldnt believe it. The blokes organising it do a ton of work so hats off to them (SirClive and co), this one should be even bigger.

I'm hopefully going, I've got a ticket but I haven't got the mOney to book a room yet as funds are low. We might even have a demo of Double Dragon on show if I do manage to afford the trip!
I'm travelling up Friday night, so I'll be there all day Saturday and some of Sunday too, although I'll be heading back south early Sunday afternoon - very early start at work on the Monday!
I'm tempted to go IF I have the dosh, but well it's all the cost of going / staying up there.
March or sometime in Spring is when I'm gunning for visiting me ma :D
Should have 2 weeks vaction time at work so it'll actually be worth coming home as I won't unpack then have to pack and come back here again. One of the main reasons I ain't been home yet, I only have one weeks paid hols at the mo', and I've used this years now.
