New feature: also released on the Sam Coupe

edited November 2012 in Sinclair Miscellaneous
As with several other 8-bit systems, I'm now interested in all Spectrum titles that were also advertised and/or published on the Sam Coupe.

This is the current list, after checking worldofsam.org, the Sam Coupe wikipedia entry and SPOT/SPEX references.

Were there any others that should be added?

The Light Corridor, it wasn't published back then, but was recovered by his author in 2007:

That counts, too, so this game is now listed. :-)

Just in case you want to include the SAM Coupe-specific titles which were reviewed in the Spectrum mags, here's a short list of them. The number on the right is the record key, so you can extract them from your copy of the magazine index.

    Booty & DTP Pack.

Also, David Gommeren released some of The Lords' demos as a pre cursor to the release of Tetris & Batz 'n' Balls. I could list them if those are of interest as well...

Yes - there was a "Supplement Software" title which was VERY similar to "Wild Bunch"

Elite - although it doesn't properly count as a SAM game....
    No one important.

If you could count Elite then there were a handful of adventure games in pseudo-Sam version. I seem to remember, for example, that we adapted The Hermitage (probably the one of the 48K versions) to load the graphics from the +3 version off the Sam disk.

Good call - the SAM Adventure Club did some great work with some of these... Dave Whitmore and the others really worked hard on them.
    No one important.

I'm sure I saw a version of Alien8 once - and I didn't see that on the list.

Nope, that's never been on the SAM.

What's interesting, last times I found that there are two version - the second one is for Spectrums in ATM standard. Interesting.
