Transferring adventure games between platforms
As topic title really. :) , bit of an odd one.
Would it be best to write something in Quill or GAC ? , I've omitted PAW as that's not available on all platforms whereas the former two are.
I know there's an unquill utility and its quite easy to strip a GAC game back and re-load it into the editor. I guess the issues here are how to actually transfer the data over though.
Even if I had to type it all in I guess that's not "that" bad in the long run if I can get it working on one platform.

?
And no, there are no utilities to convert the datafiles between the platforms. I might be able to do this manually tho.
On the other hand the textual parts are the same, so if you've designed the textual part on one platform, it's easy to retype it over on another platform.
And regarding the memory, if all you want is a textual adventure, 20+K is more than enough, you won't be able to fill it yourself.
Oh, and there are utilities to play a .SNA GAC file on the PC. I've made one in a thread in the Development board.
