Macadam Bumper by Infogrames???

Checking the instructions for this game, the second file english instructions, it reads at the end:

Macadam Bumper (C) Infogrames

The thing is that none of the versions of the archive belongs to Infogrames, and none that I know were released by them, so anyone has any clue of this?

    The game was written by ERE Informatique who were later taken over by Infogrames in, I think, around 1987. I'd speculate that Infogrames would have held the copyright at some stage even if they never actually released the game on their own label.
