Just found this site...

One of the girls at work just directed me to this site and i think it's great. It's probably more of a novelty, but I think it's quite interesting and worth a look.

www.playfire.com

Basically, you put in you XboxLive Gamertag, PSN tag, Steam tag etc and it shows you the games you've been playing, what achevments/trophies you have etc, how rare they are, that sort of thing. You can view each game and see what other people have to say and it'll like to Facebook and tell people how your doing/anoying non-gamers etc ;-)

Sounds like a privacy issue, in my opinion.

Not that I care but I mean, as soon as you give them indirect access to this information, then they have the ability to harvest it (and yes, even though it may be anonymous it's still a question of privacy).

I've been getting random messages on Live from people with that link - after getting them many of them send a message apologising for the unsolicited spam that was sent on their behalf to their FL

So....yeah I'd say it's a bad idea myself, there are plenty of ways to track progress that are run by the fans for the fans etc if you're interested....or there used to be anyway I stopped bothering myself
