Guide 2: Resurrect dead microdrive cartridges!

I've just made another little guide:

If, like me, you have a stack of microdrives, you'll know the normal problem of the sponge coming off, so I wrote a little guide. Most of it is pretty obvious stuff, but it might be useful to somebody some day!
Please, any feedback or comments would be great! Note I'm not promising this will last forever (which is why I advise to back up everything immediately if it works), but it should help retrieve some data. Plus if it chews up your microdrive, it's not my fault. :)
