I was thinking of an android tab. They are not very pricy and you can probably get some utility of it (and your wife will be surfing webs & facebook so somehow she will use it too).

How about a Kindle Fire or the original Kindle or some other e-book reader then? Far less pricey and excellent value for money if she's into reading.
  • Get her a new ironing board! :D

I'll try to get one after Christmas = save money (hopefully her b/day will have just gone as well hehe)

although I think the perfect gift would be a make-a-chip / scrabble box.. and you can put something into it.. watch the surprise on her face as she opens the box.. chucks a mental.. then opens under the tape .. (not that I have 15,000* of them to get rid of has anything to do with it )

    * number is an estimate :p

failing that a nice rolling pin / leccy carving knife :)

I poured mr muscle all over the hob and left it for a while thinking it would be nice n clean , came back and wiped it down a bit later , but it had seeped into the actual bits that heat up and down into the bit were the turn switches are , it was clean but knackered , i have a picture of the old cooker in my trailer at the moment but im an imbecile actually loading them onto here .

Lol, I know what will happen if I do that. I'll get them back one by one in my lunch box each day.

I'd forgotten about that waterman / cole song.. it's funny to see it on tv as some of it was filmed around here (the Winchester club interior was inside Guinness brewery's bar in park royal)
