Specturm Repairs / Upgrades in the USA

Hi,

Bit of a longshot but I was wondering if there is anyone in North America that does Spectrum Repairs / Upgrades? Im looking to get the roms on my Spectrum +3 upgraded. But it would also be handy to have someone in NA that does repairs, to save on postage!

    Hmmm, maybe Beanz or Bruno could help out. If they do this sort of stuff, they'll pop up here soon enough.

    I think it boils down to more if you know someone who is handy with electronics / soldering..

    that widens the field.. people who repaired tv's etc would be of help.

    I've done some repairs on my own stuff but I'd not be confident enough to mess...I mean work on someone elses :lol:

    The ROMs should be easy though huh for someone with an eprom programmer and only $3 or so postage from England.
