Pure Fiction by Palace...what was it??

I remember reading in the Spanish magazine Microhobby, a strange note about a letter they received from Palace about a new project that was really promising...I never ever heard about that again, did you, people in the UK, get to know more about this?

Maybe after 20 years I will solve the mystery :)
