Costa Panayi's page on Wikipedia

The page on Wikipedia states that Costa set up Vortex Software with Paul Canter, but lower down the page says he did it with Luke Andrews and Mark Haigh-Hutchinson.
Please can someone with more knowledge than me edit the page so that it makes sense?
