DJ Puff (Code Masters)
www.worldofspectrum.org/infoseekid.cgi?id=0009341
I wasn't sure where was best to put this but there's one bug in the code that I wanted to report and a couple of potential infoseek updates so I thought it'd be best here.
I've just uploaded the inlay and the spine says it is called "DJ Puff" so I don't know if that ought to be the "correct" name going by the usual WOS naming conventions?
Here are the three names according to the inlay, cassette and game when loaded...
Inlay cover and spine: DJ Puff
Cassette: D.J. Puffs Volcanic Capers [no apostrophe]
Game itself: DJ Puff's Volcanic Erruption [with spelling error]
Also, isn't the game a sequel (or spin-off) to Little Puff? It certainly appears to be the same character. A bit like when Dizzy appeared in other games even when the gameplay was totally different to his usual style.
Finally, there appears to be a bug where it'll crash when loaded on a 128 or +2 in 128 mode. It'll load fine on a +2a or +3 but the fact that the main title screen says "Thanks to David for the +2" makes me think that the developer had to borrow a machine or similar to program it on and it was possibly only tested on a +2a.
