Regarding its price, I seem to recall (hopefully my memory is not playing tricks on me) it was given away free with the cereal.
You had to collect so many tokens from box's then could send off for a cassette. I cannot remember how many but it would of been a fair few box's no doubt.

I thought you had to collect tokens too, but as it turns out, it was ?3.75, or ?2.75 if you were a member of the Weetabix Club.
Was a long time ago to remember though. :D , at least you've provided some more info we have two prices now though. Thanks. :)
