lol, hey, I actually liked the third season, but yeah, fourth is just.... and that movie thingy...

the 3rd was kinda good, seeing those 3 all locked up together. it just got the point where it was getting a bit too heavy on the conspiracy for me.

like when heroes started having everyone related to each other and swapping/losing their powers.

its a problem with those sorts of shows where there is one singular concept to it, they end up running into a brick wall with ideas.

speaking of which 24, would have made a good speccy game back in the day.

I'm surprised there wasn't a Red Dwarf game late on in the Speccy's life.

I know there was a PD Red Dwarf quiz for the Miggy, but apart from a decent rendition of the music it was pants.

funny considering special fx provided some of the background puter displays / anims.

nightmare on elm street was on 64.. but US disk release only

The Six Million Dollar Man / The Bionic Woman could've been good imo. you could choose which one to be and do little missions, then maybe a 2 player mode using both...

erm, I love those hi-tec hanna barbera conversions tbh. scooby doo and scrappy doo, yogi's great escape, and wacky races in particular. the scrolling and graphics are good.

there were more made that never got released: Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Augie Doggy. they're listed Never Released in the archive and I would love to play them one day, probably never will though.

(the ones that I did think were crap were Top Cat, and Roadrunner + Wile E Coyote...zero gameplay in either!)

Bugs Bunny was coded on the C64 and is preserved on the GTW64 site (gtw64.co.uk).

Supposed to be a bloody good game too. If I remember, kinda looked like Hillsfar.

Enders Game or some of Iain M Banks stories could have translated well to games I think

Never played it, but I was thinking of a third-person shooter, like Green Beret, Commando...

I was going to make a comment about an Auf Wiedersehen, Pet game, but something made me check the archive first. I'm glad I did, because bugger me if they didn't make one back in 1984!

    Auf Wiedersehen, Pet

Shame it looks like it was a howler. I'll try it anyway.

Surprised that he didn't get a game on the Speccy :)

It's funny, his name was Metal Mickey, but it's quite surprising how plastic he looks

Automan never saw the light of day on the spectrum, fancied that at the time with the shortlived show being prime time on the bbc 1.

Could have done a mcguver game too, puzzle, arcade adventure, im sure one of the big publishers could have fleshed it out into a decent game.

And did we never get a battlestar galactica game:oops:
