Question about homebrew (apparently) games which are listed as unknown publisher

Martijn, I came across a doubt;

There are some games, for example:

which have the same publisher and authors, as, obviously, nobody released the game for them, since it was a homebrew release...

and there are some other games which, apparently apply the same conditions but still have the field Publisher marked as unknown :

Could it be that the problem is that the original publication of these games is still unknown and therefore the Publisher remains unknown too?

EDIT: No, I just saw that the first game I put as example also has the publication as unknown, so that cannot be the reason...

For the games without publisher, we don't currently know whether it was homebrew, and if it was, who did the publishing...
