Strange info in Control Stock instructions (Microbyte) - SPA2 help!!

In the instructions of this game, wich is from the Spanish company Microbyte, it reads in the end:

"Fabricado en Espa?a bajo licencia por Proein Soft Line
PROHIBIDA LA REPRODUCCION, TRANSMISION, ALQUILER O PRESTAMO DE
ESTE PROGRAMA SIN LA AUTORIZACION EXPRESA ESCRITA DE PROEIN. S A
VELAZQUEZ, 10. 5? DCHA 28001 MADRID
™ & ? 1987 ACTIVISION, INC ALL RIGHTS RESERVED"

Many things dont make any sense, like the Proein Soft Line bit or the year and copyright from Activision...
I have tried to find any Activision game which was similar to this, but found none...what could that be??

This was clearly a copy & paste mistake from the person who typed in the instructions. I still keep the original Word file which was sent to me, so I'll trim the last lines and resubmit it.

Lets see if there is some info in the right file about the year of release of this game (although I doubt it).
