I look for a dk'tronics zx spectrum .
on ebay there some machines in the uk but they don't want shipping to netherlands.
Have someone these machine and want it ship to netherlands?

There is no such thing as a "Dk'tronics ZX Spectrum" machine... Dk'tronics was a manufacturer of ZX Spectrum peripherals like replacement keyboards. So you'd either be looking for one of these keyboards (empty, to put your own ZX Spectrum in it), or one that contains a ZX Spectrum board as well. Which of those options are you looking for?
Jeki is your ebay feedback low also ? or doesn't have a lot of UK feedback? if so.. even if the seller is willing to normally ship abroad, low feedback is a thing to stop it.
the shipping is a lot more now , from the UK and well it's just a fair bit more hassle.. the dk tronic thing is quite a fragile thing also.

I look for a board with a zx spectrum in it.
I have a zx spectrum 48 but the keyboard is bad and i dont understand how to replace a keyboard.
the keyboard is easy to replace, you take the cover off..and reconnect the 2 keyboard cables and there is a reset switch also.. I need to fit up my one.
and there is a speaker cable thing with it *BUT* i should see if I can get the manual for it on her.e

so u want it WITH the machine inside or no machine?
that has a lot of weight difference for posting for starters..
also there are 2 models (maybe more).. 1 with speaker, 1 without. IRC
I want it with the machine inside.
