My mate Ben was killed in a motorcycle crash this morning, no-on else matters to me right now...
My deepest sympathies karingal.
I found out a couple of weeks ago that one of my closest ever friends died in 2010 (hadn't seen him since 2000 and we had been close for the best part 20 years) and to be honest I'm still not over it.
I won't go into the reasons we drifted apart now, but I missed him terribly over the years and respected, even if I didn't agree with his decision to move on. Just can't get over that he didn't even want to get in touch even when he knew he was going - it wasn't a sudden passing away we've found out. What makes it much, much worse is I've seriously no idea why he ended our friendship and I'm never likely to know now.
