Was re-released in Italian by Jacopo Castelfranchi Editore as 'Super EG'. I am 100% sure of this because I remember very well a magazine ad with a screenshot of the game.

I am also sure it is an authorized localized version, JCE already had other localized software titles in its catalog (eg. Masterfile).
