Wanted: 4532 RAM chip

Anyone got any of these that have not been soldered onto a board? I'm after one TMS4532-20NL3 to keep my Spectrum 48K authentic...

    Are you still after one of these?
    I've not checked but I'm sure one of my 20 or so Spectrums has one like that in....
    Couple of quid sound good if I've got one?
