RIP Mr Anderson.
I was reading his obituary in the paper and it was interesting how he only really took on puppetry to break into regular television and film work. That never worked out so he stuck with the puppets. He did ok

Alan Hansen went on to be quite famous after starring in that as well.

That's true, though his acting seems even more wooden these days and he has even less dialogue, "terrible defending" (shakes head ruefully)
