alternate 'Wriggler' art

In this month's Retro Gamer is a making of 'Wriggler' article.

One of the illustrations is this art which I haven't seen before and its not used on the tapes of the game I've seen.
So where's this come from?

    I'm not 100% sure and this is just from memory but I think the cassette inlay varied according to format. That image you posted I believe is from the Amstrad version while the ZX Spectrum is:
