Well it took a while but thanks to the excellent work of Alessandro Grussu, cattivik is finally here

There might be an expanded version with detailed manuals coming out later on
The game will be soon available at Sinclair Infoseek (i submitted the file two days ago)

I don't know how long 'soon' is, but Martijn's really really busy right now, you might have to wait for the release :/

Cattivik running on a 128K Spectrum
The game is downloadable from here (please click on "qui" in the Altervista page)
Comes with Italian and English infos.

You're right except I will have to do with just an emulator.
- the skeletons graphics are shown the wrong way sometimes.
- I found a trick in order to grab endless bones which may spoil a little the intended walkthrough.
Send a private if necessary. I won't post the .rzx to Daren for now.

Actually i know that the animated skeletons sometimes get split but ...well I don't know how to fix that (anyway they get fixed if you get in the room again), since they are made of two sprites stacked one on top of the other....maybe Ale can help with that..

You inspired me to play around with AGD with a view to creating something myself, but ultimately I found AGD a bit too limiting. Hence I'm creating something now with Z88DK and SP1. But regardless, please, please, keep creating entertaining distractions - they are truly brilliant.

As for AGD being limiting: well I think AGD is a wonderful tool and I will always be grateful to Jonathan Cauldwell for creating it, becasue it allows someone with no coding skills (like me) to make games anyway :D (and if you play with codes, you can get more than what is already in the program)
As for more games.. well I am making something new...but i don't knwo when it will be ready...:)

Personally I prefer ther old "re-styled" loading screen, it's more faithful to the way Bonvi created the character.
Anyway, remember that substituting the screen means re-assembling one of the data blocks, and modifying the BASIC loader accordingly, so if you agree, I should do it :)
