The Bulge - screenshots and versions

Just looking at details for The Bulge, http://www.worldofspectrum.org/infoseekid.cgi?id=0000753

Firstly the "loading" screenshot seems to be an "in-game" screenshot. I can upload a replacement, does it just go to the normal FTP address?

Secondly, there's a TZX file marked as being an Argus Press software version, but the Argus Press version should have an APS copyright logo on screen, as shown here: http://www.worldofspectrum.org/infoseekid.cgi?id=0000753

but the Argus Press TZX version doesn't seem to have this, so I wonder if it's really the right version.

Nice findings! It would be great if people helped in Infoseek more, as the database is incredbly huge.

Hmm, actually it seems like I was wrong - just turned off quick loading on the emulator and the loading screen *does* just look like an in-game screen - it's just that once loading is complete, you get a different screen popping up, which I assumed was the loading screen.
