Arcadia
As seen here, it looks like Arcadia was the definitive name of this compilation, so if the spine also reads "Arcadia", it should be set as the main name, with "The Arcadian" as an alias. And I guess if the spine does say "The Arcadian", then "Arcadia" should be added as another alias.

Also, with regard to scanning etc my rule is: if I'm selling it then I've scanned it! ;)
