There was technically three games in the "Sam Short" series.
Shorts Fuse - Firebird
SuperSam - Budgie Software
BombFusion - Virgin
A fourth game, Bombfusion by Dollarsoft also included the same character but he was called Boris in this version.
There also appears to be total confusion when it comes to Shorts Fuse, and its predecessor, Bombscare by Dollarsoft.
Bombscare was released by Dollarsoft in 1984 and Firebird contacted Dollarsoft with a view to re-publishing the game, but with numerous changes.
Shorts Fuse was then released in 1985, and really should be listed as a separate games.
WoS lists the Shorts Fuse loading screen and in game (Taj Mahal) screen as taken from Bombfusion. The screen on both products was actually different and the first screen on Bombfusion was a Sphinx background, changed to a Taj Mahal on Shorts Fuse.
