The Crypt (Carnell) additional alias

Whilst the back of the box, the tape, the instructions and the game itself all refer to "The Crypt", the all-important spine just refers to it as "Crypt" so an alias is possibly required on a point of pedantry! ;)

Yeah, I've seen that one, too (maybe I was looking at the same auction?!). I've seen a couple of theirs in card boxes.
Actually, I've just had a look here and Black Crystal has both versions scanned. The cover for Volcanic Dungeon is a card box but there was a plastic box jobbie of it recently on eBay. It's possible that the card ones are the earlier releases and then they later switched to those, errr, "squidgy plastic" ones (I have no idea what their "proper" name is!).
