Can a Multiface be modified to use different ports?
I've been asked if it is possible to upgrade an older non-DISCiPLE/+D MF128 to a later model by modifying the hardware.
I know that changing the ROM would be fine, but the ports would still be wrong. So is there some way of rewiring/cutting traces on the PCB so that it would use the ports of the newer MF128 and be DISCiPLE/+D compatible?
