Several of those programs are not Italian at all, they are just hacks with changed names, as it was common practice then in Italy (those coming from Nuova Newel being one of the most prominent and well-known examples). Anyway, I guess you will be interested in what I wrote about this in the seventh chapter of my book;)
I wish there was a Harry Price over here. At least the Ed Wood of the Spectrum software scene did quite a bit of alteration on the originals.
Here they just changed the names, translated the inner text into Italian (often so badly that games became unplayable) and sold them through certain shops (Nuova Newel S.a.s in Milan being one of the most notorious) or in those infamous "tape magazines" - although a couple of them also hosted software written by readers.
NN even hacked and sold the "Horizons" tape with the name "Orizzonti", because the official Italian version of it was only marketed with the Spectrum +; a photo of it can be seen in the Spectrumpedia at page 634.
The English name Harry is a familiar form of Henry, which in Italian translates as Enrico.
Price in Italian is "Prezzo", but the surname Price derives from the welsh "ap Rhys" (son of Rhys). Rhys in Welsh means "enthusiasm", which in Italian is "entusiasmo".
So Harry Price in Italian could be either "Enrico Prezzo" or "Enrico d'Entusiasmo".
